Work has slowed down while we’re getting building permits. The guys have dug out about all they can and have created a ditch to help get rid of the water. Some water still remains. As you may know, this area is all clay soil and very wet, so we’re taking many precautions.

We’re also contacting our new neighbors about taking down their walls — and, of course, putting up better ones!
